I’ve gone through 3 rounds of seed cycling at this point, supplemented with the bars, and can attest that my periods have become more regular and less painful. Ever since I went off hormonal birth control in 2020, my periods have been irregular, heavy, painful, and lasting an entire week. Now, my PMS symptoms have significant decreased, and my periods are lasting 5-6 days on average. The seeds are easy to add into my meals every day, and the bars make for a delicious healthy snack!
All the bars are delicious and provide great nutrition. The chai is my favorite. The seed cycling is super easy to fit into my routine smoothie I have for lunch or over some yogurt.
I love these bars! They are so convenient on the go when you have a very busy life style like myself. It doesn’t feel like you are eating something healthy because they are so tasty (nurture bar is my favorite). I love that I am able to support my body as I am going off of birth control for the last 10 plus years and hopefully starting a family in the near future.
just finished trying all 3 of Manski’s wellness bars. They are so delicious, filling, and light and fluffy. I’ve been eating each bar about every 2-3 days during the coordinating days of my cycle and I’m already noticing a difference in my mood and energy. The founder, Julia is amazing and has the best recipes on Instagram!! I just ordered her seed cycling kit on Amazon and I can’t wait to try it!!! Highly recommend her bars for any woman trying to feel better and more balanced.
Update**seed cycling kits are also amazing! I just add some to my yogurt or smoothies everyday and instantly feel more balanced. Since they are on Amazon, it is super easy to order and get the next day.
