  • 1 year of education in hormone health (from IIN) & Fertility Nutrition (from OBN)
  • 1 year of holistic health coaching education from IIN
  • 2 years of one to one nutrition coaching
  • 3 years providing cycle syncing & nutrition education on Instagram to help you balance your hormones naturally
  • Came off birth control in 2019 (after being on it for 5 years to clear my skin) which led me on my own journey to natural healing and hormone balance
  • Created an easy to way to seed cycle with pre-measured, freshly ground organic seed blends
  • Created the first superfood protein bar for happy hormones and cycle syncing
