AMAZING

Works like a charm!

I have been having hormonal issues forever. I went off birth control nearly two years ago and had no more periods, severe cystic acne, and just wasn’t feeling like myself. I was introduced to seed cycling after my doctor wanted me to take progesterone pills to force my body to bleed. I wanted to explore natural options and that’s when I decided to give seed cycling a try. I had only been seed cycling for 6 days and I got my first period in months! I am now on month two and am having regular periods and am feeling so much better. I highly recommend giving seed cycling a try if you are looking for a more natural option to support your hormones!

One of the Best Products to Support Cycle!

I got introduced to seed cycling over a year ago and have been using this kit since. My periods have been brutal as I have been getting older (big emotional mood swings throughout my cycle, horrible cramps, super sluggish, and just feeling depleted). After a few weeks of seed cycling, I instantly felt a difference leading up to my next period. Since I have been using this product my mood swings have calmed so much, I feel more energy even a day before my period (huge!), and I feel more grounded which has been such a struggle for me throughout my entire cycle and not just leading up to my period. I took a two month break from seed cycling earlier this year due to a big move and life changes and went right back to where I was pre seed cycling. I got back to using my seeds daily the last month and had a super easy intro to my current period and feel so much more emotionally balanced. I never want to take a break from seed cycling again as I know how impactful it is to my hormones! Highly suggest this product as it has been so tasty to just add to my morning oatmeal or smoothie.

I used to have irregular cycles
