This review is for women in perimenopause. I am in my 50s and approaching menopause. I was dealing with continuous hot flashes and hormonal mood fluctuations. I decided to try seed cycling and have been consistent for the past three months. My hot flashes are gone and I feel an overall hormonal balance. I feel great! I love the seeds on my yogurt and fruit in the morning. The Mbody bars are great too, especially with coffee or a cup of green tea. I love all the flavors but Nutty Cacao is my fave!
