My new breakfast essential!

These blends encouraged me to finally start seed cycling because they make it so easy to do! I love incorporating the seed blends into my breakfasts. The radiant blend has a great subtle nutty flavor that is perfect spread over toast/avocado toast. I do the same with my glow blend or add it to overnight oats/other recipes. Excited and hopeful that this practice will help regulate my cycle over time!

Yummy and easy to use

I started using the ground seeds and find them delicious. Love Glow. The taste of Radient is great but it clumps together because of the oils of the sesame seeds.
