Eat your way to hormone balance by including seed cycling in your daily regimen!
Seed cycling is the idea of rotating between pumpkin / flax / sesame / sunflower seeds depending on days 1-14 or days 15-28

Seeds contain lignans which can help support estrogen balance, Vitamin E & B6 to support progesterone and zinc & selenium for egg health.
-
THE BENEFITS
✨maintain the balance of estrogen & progesterone
✨ add a source of omega-3, zinc, magnesium, selenium (which are the building blocks for making hormones)
