Easy Vegan Snickers


Who says you can’t have candy when trying to balance hormones? This easy vegan snickers uses dates as the caramel, raw nuts for the crunch factor, nut butter/seeds for the gooey factor and dark chocolate as the coating! Dates are simply nature’s candy and can satisfy any sweet tooth! This recipe is super simple and will take you just a few minutes!


Easy Vegan Snickers

 

Serving Size: 2 snickers

Yields: 2 snickers

Ingredients:

2 dates

1-2 tbsp melted dark chocolate (can do dairy free, if vegan)

1 tbsp coconut oil, melted (to thin the chocolate)

4-5 peanuts, cashews or almonds

1-2 tbsps nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower butter)

2 tbsps seed cycling blend

Flaked sea salt

Directions:

  1. Open the date up and remove any pits.

  2. Mix the nut butter and seed blend together to get a thick caramel consistency,

  3. Add this to the inside of the date. 

  4. Add a few peanuts or cashews.

  5. Dip in melted chocolate/coconut oil.

  6. Add flaked sea salt on the top.

  7. Freeze overnight.
